Our company was founded by Richard Black who boasts 30 years experience within UK’s transport recruitment sector.
We take great pride in the way we view our company and would like to think this can be seen in both our professional approach to our clients and drivers and especially in our positive attitude in the way we conduct our business.
Since formation, in September 2006, we have successfully completed tens of thousands of assignments and have beaten off tough competition to be crowned “preferred supplier” and “preferred vendor” for many local companies including nationally owned 3pl logistics businesses.
As you would expect from any driver supplier, we operate 24 hours a day all throughout the year.
We keep full statistics for all our completed assignments, those that subsequently cancel and even count the more human side of our operation where we were unable to fill a booking.
We are corporate members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Freight Transport Association (FTA) where we have been awarded the FTA Driver Agency Excellence award as well as being an accredited agency for FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme). To gain these awards we have to show that we are legally compliant in all aspects of the Agency and Transport Industries for which we are very proud to have achieved the standards expected.
We track every driver’s duty / rest hours and make sure all the tachographs / timesheets and declarations are promptly returned to the vehicle operator.
We also produce regular reminders to each driver detailing the items that require their attention.
We operate a policy of producing clear and accurate reports which are always available for client perusal and additionally purchase orders are accurately produced in good time.
We generate our own payroll “in house” and concluding driver’s pay in line with the standards you would expect.
